The Life After Series follows newly dead Cadence as she adjusts to life as a ghost. Waking Up Dead

Detective Cadence Riley never believed in ghosts, until she became one. Killed in the line of duty, she finds herself recruited into a group that monitors haunted sites, making sure that the spirits don't give too much away to the living.
All seems to be going well until a group of cultists unleashes a chaos demon in a haunted asylum. Now Cadence and her new partner find themselves in a race against time. They have to find a way to stop the demon before it devours both the spirits and the living, and they may just have to break a few rules to do it.
Dead Vessel

Things were going fine for ghostly partners Cadence and Snow as they worked together to keep spirits residing at haunted locations from giving away too much to the living. Their work becomes a little more complicated however when the ghost of an elderly woman refuses to acknowledge she is dead and starts becoming a danger to the living. Even this would be all in a days work for the duo.
When they learn of a plan to re-open the site of a mass killing to the public Cadence takes it personally. The site is the dorm where her brother was murdered. Things take another peculiar turn when a ghost shows up at the dorm who was not murdered there, and whois actually still alive!
As Cadence and Snow come closer to figuring things out they are getting closer to a fire that will leave neither untouched. And it all comes down to one dead vessel.
The Dead Show

​Barrington Prison is no place for the living. However, when a ghost-hunter style television show decides to film an investigation there, it is up to Snow and Cadence to make sure the ghosts behave and follow the rules. At the same time, the child ghost of a spoiled southern belle begins harassing a family. Forcing both the living and dead teams to split their resources, both investigations happen on the same night. Is that a coincidence, or something set into motion by more nefarious forces?
What Cadence and Snow don’t know is that the TV show team has a new, experimental piece of equipment that could threaten everything. And that’s if the darkness of the prison doesn’t get them first. They had best be ready because it is time to film the next episode of “The Dead Show.”
